   OK, thanks. Still looking for paying work, doing more home cooking and baking to spend less money. Mashed banana instead of eggs makes corn bread wonderful, but I'm the only one in the family who thinks so. Now a little grayer than my photos but digital photography is still enough of a production to me that I'm too busy to update them right now.

   Busy and tired but happy and confident, thanks for asking :) .  I'm husband and stepfather (since last summer) in a family where the older kids can't be blamed for being disappointed, confused, and sometimes angry because of how their lives have gone so far. I was unemployed this spring without unemployment checks because had I stayed too long in a job I should have left before getting married and lengthening the commute. Now I'm in on-job training to sell insurance close to my new home and enjoying that. Walking through all this with the Good Shepherd and the fellowship of some solid companions (including my sweet, down-to-earth wife and some well-tested men in our congregation) makes the rough times worthwhile (those never go completely away) and the good times better-tasting.
